Responsibility
- Maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate cross-functional plans for executives.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, agendas, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Screen calls, manage email flow, and draft professional responses on behalf of executives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate internal meetings, board materials, and event logistics.
- Lead document control, filing systems, and records management for sensitive information.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Provide onsite and remote administrative support, ensuring deadlines are met and commitments kept.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- 5+ years of secretarial or executive administrative support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Experience coordinating international travel and complex logistics is a plus.
