Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and discretion.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and timely responses.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executives.
- Support board and committee meeting logistics, including minutes and follow-up actions.
- Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives while preserving confidentiality.
- Assist with basic HR onboarding tasks and office operational duties as needed.
Qualification
- 3+ years of secretarial or administrative support experience, preferably for executives.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with professional presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools; familiarity with Google Workspace a plus.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience coordinating travel and event logistics is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
