Responsibility
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for executives.
- Act as a professional liaison with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee confidential filing systems, records management, and document control.
- Plan and coordinate board meetings, events, and meeting logistics.
- Provide general administrative support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration or related field.
- 5+ years of executive secretarial or high-level administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage competing priorities with finesse.
- Experience with travel planning and expense reporting is a plus.
