Responsibility
- Manage and grow relationships with foreign client accounts and coordinate ongoing sales activities.
- Prepare, review, and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate order fulfillment from quotation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to clear exports smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with export controls, trade regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems, tracking opportunities and orders.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports for management, and identify opportunities for growth in international markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) on cross functional projects to optimize processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or customer service
- Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM software
- Fluent English; proficiency in Indonesian is preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced environment
