Export Sales Executive is a pivotal role at StaffKing Pte Ltd, responsible for growing our overseas market for high quality automotive parts and systems. You will partner with distributors, OEMs, and fleet operators to deliver value, expand market presence, and drive revenue in a dynamic international environment. In this role you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract execution. You will collaborate closely with product, logistics and customer support teams to ensure on time delivery, regulatory compliance, and superior customer experience. Your market intelligence will inform pricing strategies, product positioning, and marketing campaigns tailored to each overseas market. You will maintain accurate CRM records, provide accurate forecasts, and participate in trade shows and regional events as needed.

Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new overseas opportunities in automotive parts and systems across target regions.
- Develop and present tailored proposals and value propositions to distributors, OEMs, and fleet operators.
- Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using a CRM, maintaining accurate activity and forecast data.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and with Product teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to optimize revenue and margins.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in export sales, preferably within automotive parts or components.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally and work independently in market development initiatives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (eg, Salesforce) and MS Office; knowledge of incoterms and export documentation.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long term, strategic partnerships.
