Responsibility

  • Operate and monitor F10 probe manufacturing processes to ensure precise wafer probing, data collection, and equipment uptime.
  • Troubleshoot process deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of probe stations and related equipment to maximize productivity.
  • Collect, analyze, and document process data (SPC, yield, and defect rates) to drive continuous improvement and informed decision making.
  • Support process qualification, change management, and new equipment ramp activities.
  • Collaborate with process engineers, equipment teams, and quality to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Assist in documentation, standard work creation, and operator training for shift-based operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience or internship in semiconductor manufacturing, probe testing, or failure analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
