Responsibility
- Operate and monitor F10 probe manufacturing processes to ensure precise wafer probing, data collection, and equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot process deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of probe stations and related equipment to maximize productivity.
- Collect, analyze, and document process data (SPC, yield, and defect rates) to drive continuous improvement and informed decision making.
- Support process qualification, change management, and new equipment ramp activities.
- Collaborate with process engineers, equipment teams, and quality to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Assist in documentation, standard work creation, and operator training for shift-based operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or internship in semiconductor manufacturing, probe testing, or failure analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SPC) and familiarity with basic programming or scripting is a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and accommodate production schedules.
- Knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cleanroom practices is beneficial.
