Job description
The Facilities Engineer at IBEX Global Solutions is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems within the company's facilities. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Responsibility
- Inspecting and maintaining building systems to ensure functionality
- Identifying and resolving potential safety hazards
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
- Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Training onsite staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
