CBRE is seeking a proactive Facilities Engineer to join our Alabang team, supporting a dynamic BPO campus. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations that meet the needs of a high-occupancy workplace.
As part of CBRE's facilities management team, you will oversee HVAC and electrical distribution, plumbing, life safety, standby power, and building automation systems. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with operations, security, and vendors to minimize downtime while upholding high standards of safety and service quality. You will also collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost optimization, contributing to CBRE's sustainability goals across the Alabang campus.
Your duties include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports for client stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and CBRE policies. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset to support the BPO's 24/7 operations.

Responsibility
- Monitor, inspect, and operate building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and life safety to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient facility operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance cycles, coordinate corrective actions, and manage work orders to meet client SLAs.
- Respond promptly to facilities incidents, diagnose issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to restore operations with minimal downtime.
- Administer building management systems and meters, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and CBRE policies, conduct risk assessments, and support audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with BPO operations teams to align facilities services with business needs and occupancy schedules.
- Document maintenance activities, track key performance indicators, generate reports, and maintain accurate facility records for audits.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of facilities engineering or maintenance experience, preferably within BPOs, data centers, or large corporate campuses
- Hands on experience with HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire life safety, and building management systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements; certifications such as LEED, CFM, or PM experience are a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to after hours emergencies as needed
