As the Fashion Marketing Manager, you will own the brand voice across digital platforms, e-commerce, and key partnerships, collaborating with Merchandising, Creative, and Analytics teams to drive growth and elevate our premium positioning.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and PR channels to grow brand awareness and revenue.
- Lead content strategy and production with the Creative team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and premium visuals.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing (paid social, search, programmatic) with clear ROAS targets.
- Collaborate with Merchandising to align product launches, line reviews, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee influencer partnerships and boutique collaborations to extend reach in key markets.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, messaging architecture, and tone of voice.
- Lead events and experiential activations in New York and select markets as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years in fashion or luxury brand marketing with demonstrated growth in digital channels.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content creation, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution, dashboards).
- Proficiency in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with attention to detail.
