Responsibility
- Lead the development and activation of seasonal product strategies, assortment plans, and line architecture across categories.
- Analyze trend data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to shape concept development and buy recommendations.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely product launches and high-quality executions.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance.
- Present business reviews to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Partner with Digital and Store teams to translate merchandising strategies into compelling in-store and online experiences.
- Own KPI tracking and adjust plans to maximize profitability through Sell-Through, GMROI, and OTB.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of fashion merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium segments.
- Strong trend forecasting skills and ability to translate insights into commercial strategies.
- Proficiency in data analytics, Excel, and merchandising software such as PLM or SAP.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
