LuxeForm Fashion is a premium apparel brand based in New York City. We seek a Senior Fashion Designer to drive innovative collections that balance modern luxury with practical wearability.
In this role you will lead design from concept through to production, collaborating with textile partners, graphic designers, and product developers to translate creative direction into commercial, market-ready garments.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final sample, ensuring alignment with brand direction and seasonal calendar.
- Translate design concepts into technical specifications, supervising croquis, mood boards, fabric research, and color palettes.
- Create and refine garment silhouettes, drapes, and constructions with pattern makers and sample room teams.
- Collaborate with textile vendors and print/graphics teams to source fabrics, trims, and finishes that meet quality standards.
- Develop and manage seasonal line-ups, balancing aesthetics, costs, and production feasibility.
- Present seasonal collections to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, incorporating feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio processes and design language to elevate the brand.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 5+ years of design experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Strong sketching, CAD proficiency (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3D prototyping experience (CLO/CLO3D).
- Excellent draping, pattern making, sewing, and construction knowledge.
- Deep understanding of textiles, fabric behavior, and sourcing strategies.
- Portfolio showcasing modern luxury womenswear collections and a strong sense of color and proportion.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple deliverables, and thrive in a collaborative studio.
