Join BCA Finance as a Field Account Consultant in Lombok. This frontline role blends customer service with proactive collections in a professional, compliant environment. You will conduct outbound debt recovery activities using phone outreach and on-site visits to customers with outstanding balances, while upholding the highest standards of integrity and respect. Your responsibilities extend beyond reminders. You will coordinate with branches and risk teams to escalate when needed, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate reporting. Regular field visits will require strong time management, adaptability, and safe, courteous conduct in all customer interactions. You will also stay informed about product features, policy updates, and regulatory requirements so that every action complies with internal controls and local laws.

Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits to contact delinquent customers and collect payments in accordance with policy.
- Verify customer information, assess repayment capacity, and negotiate feasible settlement arrangements.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM, including call outcomes, visits, and payment statuses.
- Collaborate with branches and collections teams to escalate complex cases and track resolutions.
- Present professional, compliant service while preserving customer relationships and minimizing disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor and achieve monthly collection targets and report progress to management with clear metrics.
- Adhere to privacy, data security, and banking regulations while representing BCA Finance in the field.
- Provide feedback on common objections and market trends to help refine collections strategies.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in credit/collections, field sales, or customer service in financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Lombok
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to work independently in a field setting
- Commitment to ethical collection practices and regulatory compliance
