PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) invites motivated professionals to join our Field Collection team as Field Collector in Lampung. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, financial inclusion, and responsible lending, offering a path to grow within a leading microfinance provider in Indonesia.
As a Field Collector, you will represent a trusted financial partner in the community, visiting borrowers to verify information, assess repayment capacity, and support them with feasible payment arrangements. You will work closely with the Credit & Collections team to minimize delinquencies while delivering respectful, outcome-oriented service. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Lampung with region-wide travel across Lampung.

Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to borrowers in designated areas to verify information, assess repayment capacity, and gather updated contact details.
- Initiate and negotiate repayment arrangements, collect payments when possible, and update loan accounts in the CRM accurately.
- Monitor delinquency levels, follow up with borrowers through calls, messages, and in-person visits as needed.
- Collaborate with the Credit & Collections team to determine next steps for accounts, including escalation when required.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and local regulations; emphasize data privacy and safety during fieldwork.
- Document all interactions, reminders, commitments, and outcomes in the system with precision and timeliness.
- Build positive relationships with borrowers to improve repayment behavior and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic activity reports, share insights on trends, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; university degree is a plus.
- 1+ year of field collection, debt collection, microfinance, sales, or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian; local language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving ability, resilience, and ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Good computer literacy and experience with CRM or loan systems; strong data entry skills.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel within Lampung; owning a motorcycle is an advantage.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
