The Field Collector will be responsible for direct collection activities, field visits, and ensuring timely payment from customers. You will play a crucial role in supporting loan performance, building positive customer relationships, and helping clients find sustainable payment solutions. Responsibility
- Perform regular field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments and provide payment reminders.
- Negotiate repayment terms and offer solutions for customers facing financial difficulties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve collection targets in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Identify and escalate critical delinquency cases to management for further action.
- Foster positive relationships with customers while upholding the company's brand and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes or address customer inquiries.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on collection performance and field activities.
Qualification
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK); diploma or higher preferred.
- Prior experience in field collection, credit control, or a related position within the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good integrity, discipline, and a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with the local area of Bangka Belitung is highly desirable.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a motorcycle is a plus.
- Willing to work on the field and adapt to flexible schedules when required.
