Responsibility
- Conduct respectful field visits to locate and engage customers with overdue payments
- Explain repayment options and negotiate realistic settlement plans
- Document all interactions and payment agreements accurately in the CRM
- Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining portfolio quality
- Coordinate with branch staff for escalation when needed
- Ensure compliance with local laws, privacy regulations, and company policies
- Maintain organized records and provide timely progress reports
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all field activities
Qualification
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good local area knowledge and ability to navigate Jakarta effectively
- Empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Willingness to travel for field visits; own transport or license is advantageous
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Compliance-minded with a professional attitude
