KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Collector to join our Sukabumi team. Responsibility
- Visit customers in the Sukabumi area to conduct collection activities regarding overdue financing payments.
- Negotiate and educate customers on payment options, agreements, and obligations professionally and courteously.
- Achieve collection targets set by the company on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily field visit and collection reports to the supervisor.
- Identify and escalate potential problem accounts in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer communications adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and support problem resolution.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and customer loyalty.
Qualification
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent); Diploma or higher is a plus.
- Experience in field collection, credit or finance industry preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Sukabumi area and ability to travel for field visits.
- Honest, responsible, and target-oriented with high integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and own motorcycle preferred.
