Responsibility
- Visit customers in the assigned Warakas, Jakarta Utara area to conduct payment collection for outstanding installments.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers and ensure timely repayments are made in accordance with company policy.
- Verify and update customer data and address any discrepancies in information or documentation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support positive collection outcomes.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection activity reports to the supervisor.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including credit analysts and customer service for efficient process flow.
- Identify and report any fraudulent or suspicious activities encountered during field visits.
- Achieve collection targets set by management while maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualification
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Field Collector or similar role in financial services preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of Jakarta Utara, especially the Warakas area.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collection targets under pressure.
- Willing to work outside office hours if needed and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
