Responsibility
- Performing on-site visits to clients for loan collection
- Documenting all collection activities accurately
- Negotiating and resolving payment issues with clients
- Providing excellent customer service during interactions with clients
- Complying with all company policies and regulations
Qualification
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in collection or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
