Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to clients for debt collection purposes.
- Negotiate and arrange payment plans with delinquent clients while fostering positive relationships.
- Identify and report on accounts with high-risk or overdue status.
- Assist in the repossession of assets when payment agreements cannot be reached.
- Prepare accurate reports on collections, field visits, and client engagement activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination in account management.
- Maintain updated records of all client communications and collection outcomes.
- Promote the values and professional image of the company while engaging with clients in the field.
Qualification
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in collections, fieldwork, or sales roles is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at managing time and workload independently while meeting targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within assigned areas.
- Resilient, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive financial matters with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the Bulacan region and surrounding areas is a plus.
