Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a proactive Field Representative to join our field operations team in Malolos City, Bulacan. This on-site role focuses on debt collection and repossession through professional client visits, maintaining compliant, respectful contact with delinquent borrowers while safeguarding the company’s assets. You will be the face of our organization in the field, building trust, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely updates are documented in our systems.
In this role, you’ll leverage strong communication and organizational skills to manage on-site visits, verify borrower information, and coordinate with internal teams to develop feasible repayment plans. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a field-based environment. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred to access assigned routes efficiently. Responsibility
- Conduct structured field visits to delinquent clients to assess payment status and eligibility for settlement plans.
- Collect payments, negotiate repayment terms, and document all interactions in the CRM accurately.
- Identify assets for repossession as legally permissible and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Verify borrower information, update records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, supervisors, and legal teams to resolve accounts effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, maps, and activity logs to management.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly collection targets while preserving customer relationships.
- Drive to assigned territories efficiently and maintain vehicle readiness and safety.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collection, repossession, or sales support is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data-entry skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred; willingness to travel within the area.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM or loan management systems.
- Resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
