Responsibility
- Conduct on-site visits to delinquent accounts to verify borrower information, collect payments where possible, or arrange structured repayment plans.
- Repossess collateral in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws, coordinating with authorized partners as needed.
- Maintain accurate field activity records in the company CRM, including visit notes, outcomes, next steps, and payment status.
- Negotiate feasible settlements and repayment terms that comply with company policy and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain positive borrower relationships, clearly communicating options, consequences, and timelines.
- Collaborate with collections, legal, and risk teams to escalate and resolve complex cases promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines through ongoing training and professional conduct.
- Manage time and travel efficiently within Iloilo region to maximize productivity and coverage.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or finance is a plus.
- 1-2 years of field collections, sales, or related experience; knowledge of debt collection processes is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation; willingness to travel within Iloilo region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management abilities; able to work independently in a field environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer and mobile device usage, including familiarity with CRM systems and simple reporting.
- Fluency in English and Filipino; customer-service orientation and persuasive communication.
- Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with local laws and company policies.
