As a Field Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, responsible for building meaningful relationships with new and existing customers. You'll support the growth of our business through direct client engagement, market research, and the consistent pursuit of sales targets. Responsibility
- Visit assigned clients across Taguig City and surrounding areas to present and promote company products and services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through persistent prospecting and closing of deals
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers to maximize account potential
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns or inquiries promptly
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports for management
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery across all client interactions
Qualification
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive approach to problem solving
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Metro Manila
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree an advantage
- Familiarity with the sales process and CRM tools is a plus
