Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of PLDT WiFi products
- Generate leads and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Qualification
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
