We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to join Mix Market Integrated Xploration Corporation in Pampanga. In this essential role, you will be the frontline ambassador, driving revenue through proactive outreach, strong relationship building, and precise execution. Your responsibilities include expanding our customer base in and around San Fernando and nearby towns, securing bookings, presenting compelling product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals that meet monthly targets. You will coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and timely product delivery, while also managing collections to support healthy cash flow.
The ideal candidate is customer oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. You should be comfortable traveling within Pampanga, speaking with shop owners, franchisees, and distributors, and using simple CRM tools to track activities and outcomes. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a results driven mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

As part of Mix Market Integrated Xploration Corporation, you will benefit from ongoing training, a supportive team, and clear performance metrics. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with marketing and operations to implement territory plans, participate in promotions, and share market insights that improve product positioning and customer experience. Responsibility
- Develop and manage a defined sales territory in Pampanga, driving new business and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Proactively visit retailers, merchants, and distributors to present Mix Market products, perform product demonstrations, and secure bookings.
- Agree on terms, quote prices, and negotiate deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets; prepare accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely product delivery, accurate invoicing, and prompt order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide after sales support, handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a detailed territory plan, capture market feedback, and report on competitor activity and customer trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to implement promotions and local campaigns that drive demand.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of field sales experience in consumer goods, retail, or related sectors; proven track record of booking and collection is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within Pampanga and possess a valid driver's license; reliable transportation is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools; data entry accuracy is essential.
- Strong customer service orientation, problem solving, and ability to build long term relationships.
