Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis and influence key strategic decisions.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive cost optimization and process improvements.
- Ensure financial compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Develop financial models to support new initiatives and investments.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear and concise recommendations to non-finance teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, business partnering, or financial analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to translate financial data into valuable business insights.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within e-commerce, retail, or a high-growth company is desirable.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
