Alpen Food Industry is seeking a results-driven Finance System Analyst to join our Finance and IT teams in Jakarta. In this role you will own the performance, integrity and continuous improvement of our ERP based finance systems. You will ensure data accuracy, enable timely insights, and support automation initiatives that help the business scale efficiently.
As a key bridge between Finance and IT, you will collaborate with vendors, implement system enhancements, and maintain configurations that support a robust financial close process. You will monitor data quality, perform reconciliations, and develop dashboards that translate complex numbers into actionable business intelligence for leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive problem solvers with strong communication skills and the ability to work across cross functional teams in a fast paced environment. You should be comfortable translating business needs into technical specifications, testing changes, and supporting end users with training and documentation. Responsibility
- Maintain and optimize ERP finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) to support month-end close, consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity across all financial systems; perform data reconciliation and validation.
- Drive automation and process improvements; design and implement financial data workflows and dashboards to reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT vendors; manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate projects, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support system configuration, access controls, security, and change management; gather requirements, test changes, and document.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for management and operations.
- Support data migration, data governance, master data management, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in finance system analysis or ERP administration
- Strong knowledge of ERP financial modules such as GL, AP, AR and FA; experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis; experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of financial processes, month-end close and internal controls; data governance experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally in Jakarta
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an asset
