Responsibility
- Identify prospective clients and build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to tailor Sun Life insurance and investment solutions for each client.
- Present clear, compelling recommendations and explain features, benefits, costs, and risk considerations in plain terms.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to review goals, progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and policy updates in CRM systems; ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with product specialists and marketing teams to deliver personalized solutions and relevant client education materials.
- Develop and nurture a personal brand and network to generate consistent leads and long-term client relationships.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, sales, or related field.
- Proven track record in financial services, insurance, or advisory roles with a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with targets and performance metrics.
- Ethical, client-centric approach with a commitment to regulatory compliance and professional standards.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications as required by Sun Life and Philippine regulations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
