Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients.
- Recommend and present suitable insurance and investment solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and participate in seminars, events, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Follow up with clients to encourage policy retention and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Strong ethics and commitment to delivering quality client service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Willing to be based in or relocate to Candon City, Ilocos Sur.
