Responsibility

- Develop and execute ambitious curatorial programs, exhibitions, and installations that align with the gallery's mission. \n
- Coordinate all phases of exhibition planning, including concept development, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics. \n
- Collaborate with artists, lenders, and partner institutions to secure loans, permissions, and materials. \n
- Oversee artwork installation, lighting, labeling, and cataloging to ensure safety and accessibility. \n
- Lead audience development initiatives, including public programs, talks, tours, and educational activities. \n
- Manage grant reporting, fundraising appeals, and sponsorship outreach to support exhibitions. \n
- Supervise a small team of program coordinators and interns; oversee vendor contracts and project timelines. \n
- Represent the gallery at meetings, events, and external partnerships to expand the organization’s network. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Museology, or a related field; Master's preferred. \n
- Minimum 4 years of progressive curatorial or arts administration experience in a gallery, museum, or non-profit setting. \n
- Strong curatorial vision with a demonstrated record of successful exhibitions and publications. \n
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and grant-writing skills. \n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders. \n
- Experience with collections management systems and exhibition software is a plus. \n
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Knowledge of contemporary art market trends and strong network within artist communities and lenders. \n
