Palette & Muse Gallery seeks a proactive Fine Arts Program Manager to lead exhibition planning and community programs. You will collaborate with artists, curators, and educators to advance contemporary art narratives across rotating and solo shows.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage exhibition calendars for rotating and solo shows, ensuring timely delivery and cohesive curatorial themes.
- Lead curatorial concept development in collaboration with artists, consultants, and the gallery team.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, insurance, and fundraising activities to support programs.
- Plan and execute gallery openings, artist talks, education programs, and public engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate partnerships with lenders, guest curators, and cultural institutions; manage loan processing and conservation needs.
- Supervise staff and interns; provide mentorship and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to amplify exhibitions through media, social channels, and press.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, or a related field; strong knowledge of contemporary art trends.
- Minimum 3 years in arts administration, gallery management, or curatorial support.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute exhibitions with attention to concept, schedule, and budget.
- Budget management, grant writing experience, and donor relations are highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities; comfort with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; experience with gallery management software and digital catalogs is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for openings and events as required.
