Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Fleet Mechanic to join our Cauayan City operations. In this on-site, full-time role, you will be responsible for keeping our vehicle fleet safe, reliable, and compliant with company standards and local regulations. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform scheduled maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate with the fleet team to minimize downtime. Responsibility

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all company vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and scheduled inspections.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and perform timely repairs.
  • Inspect vehicles for wear or damage, document findings, and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
  • Execute brake, steering, suspension, tire, and lighting maintenance to ensure road readiness.
  • Coordinate parts inventory and ordering to replace worn components promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards in every task.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive or diesel mechanics is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a mechanic, with hands-on fleet maintenance experience.
