Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Fleet Mechanic to join our Cauayan City operations. In this on-site, full-time role, you will be responsible for keeping our vehicle fleet safe, reliable, and compliant with company standards and local regulations. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform scheduled maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate with the fleet team to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, and a variety of hand tools, and will prioritize safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will help ensure our drivers stay on the road and our operations run smoothly by maintaining peak vehicle performance, parts availability, and compliance with safety standards. You will collaborate with the fleet supervisor, shop personnel, and drivers to schedule maintenance windows, document repairs, and implement preventive maintenance plans that reduce downtime and extend vehicle life.

Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all company vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and scheduled inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and perform timely repairs.
- Inspect vehicles for wear or damage, document findings, and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Execute brake, steering, suspension, tire, and lighting maintenance to ensure road readiness.
- Coordinate parts inventory and ordering to replace worn components promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards in every task.
- Record maintenance actions and downtime, and communicate recommendations to the fleet supervisor.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive or diesel mechanics is preferred.
- Proven experience as a mechanic, with hands-on fleet maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, and hydraulics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair techniques, with the ability to read manuals and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy components and performing tasks in varying weather conditions.
