Join NovaTransit Technologies, a premier leader in urban transportation solutions. We are seeking a data-driven Fleet Operations Manager to lead nationwide fleet operations from our New York hub. You will own dispatch efficiency, maintenance planning, and vendor partnerships to ensure high availability, safety, and cost optimization for our growing urban mobility network.

Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day fleet operations for our urban mobility network, ensuring high availability and on-time vehicle deployment.
- Optimize dispatch, routing, and maintenance planning to minimize downtime and total cost of ownership.
- Partner with safety, compliance, and product teams to implement best practices and scale the fleet responsibly.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements, and procurement for vehicles, parts, and services.
- Analyze operational KPIs using data to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of dispatch and maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of fleet operations, logistics, or transportation management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic SQL.
- Experience with telematics and fleet management platforms (e.g., Samsara, Fleet Complete, or equivalent).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety, DOT, and regulatory compliance applicable to urban fleets.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities with a bias for action.
