Responsibility

  • Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all safety procedures and security protocols.
  • Assist passengers with curbside service, seating arrangements, and in-flight needs to elevate the travel experience.
  • Deliver high-quality hospitality including meals, beverages, and amenities while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor cabin environment, respond swiftly to medical or comfort concerns, and coordinate with the crew for seamless service.
  • Execute safety demonstrations, preflight checks, and post-flight reporting with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Uphold brand standards in grooming, appearance, and communication, and support crew coordination on board.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly, manage crowd safety, and participate in drills and continuous training.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality or airline cabin crew experience; aviation background preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a strong plus.
  • Valid passport with eligibility for international travel and no imminent visa restrictions.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification; ability to perform medical assistance within scope of role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or communications is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and high tolerance for long shifts and irregular schedules.
