Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-flight service with attention to detail and a focus on passenger comfort and safety.
- Conduct safety briefings, demonstrate safety equipment use, and enforce cabin safety procedures during all phases of flight.
- Assist passengers with special needs, mobility challenges, and dietary requirements while maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare cabins for boarding, manage inventory of amenities, and ensure cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
- Respond to medical or security incidents using established protocols and coordinate with the flight crew as needed.
- Collaborate with a multinational cabin crew to deliver seamless service in a high-pressure environment.
- Provide post-flight briefings and participate in debriefs to improve service quality and safety procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance, communication, and adherence to airline policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation roles; cabin crew experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Spanish) are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations; excellent hygiene and appearance standards.
- Eligibility to work in the UAE and meet regulatory medical and fitness standards for cabin crew.
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
