Responsibility

  • Ensure passenger safety and security in accordance with airline policies and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including meals, beverages, and cabin presentation.
  • Conduct professional and compliant safety demonstrations and ensure cabin readiness before departure.
  • Monitor cabin environment, attend to passenger needs, and resolve concerns with courtesy and speed.
  • Coordinate with flight deck, ground crews, and cabin colleagues to ensure on-time departures and seamless connections.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and emergencies with trained first aid and crisis management.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of cabin crew or high-end hospitality experience.
  • Valid work authorization for Singapore (Singaporean/PR or valid work visa) or ability to obtain visa.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; second language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or other) is a plus.
  • First Aid/CPR certification and familiarity with in-flight medical protocols.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to relocate to base at Changi Airport and travel internationally as required.
  • A valid passport with ability to travel internationally and maintain compliance with aviation standards.
