Responsibility
- Provide exceptional passenger service, comfort, and safety on board across all flight phases.
- Assist passengers with special needs and ensure accessibility compliance.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings, safety checks, and cabin readiness.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and enforce regulatory protocols during flights.
- Manage in-flight amenities, meal service, and product upselling with professionalism.
- Collaborate with crew and ground staff to handle weather disruptions and emergencies.
- Document and report safety incidents, customer feedback, and maintenance concerns.
- Uphold brand standards, grooming, and uniform policies; maintain immaculate cabin cleanliness.
Qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years hospitality or airline cabin crew experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Korean, Japanese, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and crisis management skills.
- Certified in First Aid/CPR and basic safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel on short notice and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High attention to detail, grooming standards, and professional appearance.
- Legal eligibility to work in Singapore; clear background check.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
