Responsibility
- Greet passengers, assist with seating, and deliver world-class cabin service in line with brand standards.
- Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures, conduct pre-flight checks, and ensure equipment is secure.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages, handle galley operations, and maintain cleanliness and inventory.
- Communicate clearly with passengers and crew, manage in-flight announcements, and coordinate with ground teams.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including families, elderly travelers, and non-native speakers.
- Respond to medical or security incidents with composure; provide first aid within scope of training.
- Proactively address guest concerns, de-escalate conflicts, and uphold a calm cabin environment.
Qualification
- Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality, aviation, or related customer-service field.
- Valid cabin crew certification or eligibility for AzureAir approved training.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, French, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and intercultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically fit to meet job demands.
- Strong safety mindset with knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid certification (CPR preferred).
- Valid UAE work authorization or eligibility to obtain employment sponsorship.
