Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional service to passengers while maintaining the highest safety and comfort standards.
- Deliver in-flight catering, beverage service, and galley operations with attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Lead safety demonstrations, enforce cabin safety procedures, and respond calmly to in-flight incidents.
- Assist passengers with special needs, mobility challenges, and children to ensure a smooth journey.
- Monitor cabin conditions and coordinate with flight deck and ground teams for optimum performance.
- Complete accurate post-flight reports, restock supplies, and ensure the cabin is prepared for the next flight.
- Represent the airline brand with professionalism, multilingual support, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of cabin crew, luxury hospitality, or equivalent high-end service experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or others) are a strong plus.
- Valid Singapore work eligibility (Employment Pass, S Pass, or dependent pass) or the ability to obtain one.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to pass routine medical examinations and a fitness test for flying.
- Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holiday periods.
- Professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety and service.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
