Responsibility

  • Deliver exemplary in-flight service, meals, beverages, and amenities to passengers on international routes while maintaining brand standards.
  • Prioritize passenger safety by performing pre-flight checks, enforcing safety procedures, and assisting in emergencies when required.
  • Provide attentive support to passengers with special needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility throughout the journey.
  • Conduct accurate cabin checks, coordinate with the purser and crew, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of seating areas.
  • Deliver clear, engaging in-flight announcements and respond to passenger requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with crew and ground staff to optimize operational efficiency and seamless on-time departures.
  • Maintain personal appearance and professional demeanor in accordance with airline brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as cabin crew or in a frontline hospitality role with in-flight service exposure.
  • Valid cabin crew certification and medical clearance to work on international flights.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or others) are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays; willing to relocate to Singapore base.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and high levels of resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Solid knowledge of safety procedures, first aid basics, and emergency response.
  • Physically able to meet airline requirements and maintain stamina for long-haul service obligations.
