Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding in‑flight service, safety briefings, and cabin readiness on all routes
- Prioritize guest safety by adhering to standard operating procedures and emergency protocols
- Provide personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and handle special requests with professionalism
- Conduct pre‑flight checks, inventory control, and post‑flight reporting with accuracy
- Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth departures and arrivals
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain a calm, courteous demeanor under pressure
- Assist passengers with mobility needs and medical emergencies following trained protocols
- Uphold grooming, safety, and service standards that reflect AeroLux’s premium brand
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher hospitality or aviation qualification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation settings
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Certified in first aid and CPR or willingness to complete certification prior to onboarding
- Ability to pass background checks and withstand regular security screenings
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Physically fit to meet job demands, with the ability to lift and transfer passengers as required
