As a Flight Attendant you will be a brand ambassador, uphold service and safety standards, manage passenger needs, and collaborate with a diverse team on short haul and long haul routes. Responsibility

  • Provide superior in flight service including meals and beverages, cabin amenities, and passenger assistance from boarding to arrival.
  • Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures and conduct pre flight checks of safety equipment.
  • Deliver safety demonstrations, assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, and manage in cabin service flow.
  • Respond promptly to passenger requests, resolve conflicts, and maintain a calm, courteous demeanor at all times.

  • Protect passenger privacy and dignity while providing multilingual support where available.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality travel or aviation customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Mandarin Malay or Indonesian are a plus.
  • Valid passport and eligibility to work in Singapore, with ability to obtain necessary visas or permits.
  • Able to meet medical fitness standards and comfortable working long shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Proven problem solving, conflict resolution, and high level customer focus.
  • Completed safety training such as CPR first aid or equivalent; willingness to complete airline training.
