Responsibility
- Plan and execute on-the-ground sales activities to achieve daily to monthly targets for FMCG products in the Karanganyar area.
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, small shops, and distributors; ensure optimal stock levels and product visibility.
- Conduct product demonstrations, promotions, and in-store merchandising to drive trial and shelf space.
- Coordinate with distributors and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
- Collect market insights, monitor competitor activity, and report findings to the sales team.
- Process orders accurately, update records, and support post-sale service to retailers.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales, retail, or FMCG experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel within Karanganyar region.
- Basic computer skills for order entry and reporting; fluent Indonesian; English basics advantageous.
