You’ll be responsible for applying the Laws of the Game, managing players and coaches, and communicating decisions clearly to maintain a safe and enjoyable matchday environment.

Responsibility
- Officiate matches in accordance with the Laws of the Game and League rules
- Ensure player safety, manage on-field conduct, and resolve disputes
- Position effectively, maintain game tempo, and communicate decisions clearly
- Provide accurate match reports and incident notes when required
- Collaborate with match officials, coaches, and league administrators
- Continuously apply best practices for fair play and player welfare
- Attend pre-season and ongoing training sessions to maintain certification
Qualification
- UK FA / IFAB compliant referee certification or equivalent (level 3/4+)
- Minimum 2 years refereeing experience in senior or youth leagues
- Strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game and applicable league rules
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of maintaining high fitness
- Ability to work flexible weekends and evenings; reliable transport to match venues
- Professional appearance and demeanor; commitment to fair play and integrity
