NorthBridge Franchising Group is a premium franchising partner empowering brands to scale through strategic franchising. We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Lead to drive multi-unit growth across markets in the United States.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end franchise development lifecycle, lead partner recruitment, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure best-in-class onboarding and compliance. Responsibility

  • Identify, recruit, and qualify prospective franchise partners through targeted outreach and lead generation
  • Lead the franchise development process from initial inquiry through disclosure, approval, and site selection
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, unit economics, and ROI scenarios to potential partners
  • Collaborate with marketing to design lead generation programs and nurture pipelines for multi-unit growth
  • Coordinate with operations, training, and legal teams to ensure successful onboarding and compliance with brand standards
  • Own negotiations of franchise agreements, fee structures, and support packages; manage due diligence and risk assessment
  • Track, report, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, funnel conversion, and partner satisfaction
  • Travel as needed to markets across the country to meet with candidates and support launches

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of franchising, business development, or multi-unit expansion experience
  • Proven track record in franchise sales, recruitment, and network growth
  • Strong financial modeling, unit economics analysis, and due diligence skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with franchise disclosure documents (FDD) and state franchise laws; ability to navigate regulatory requirements
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple pipelines and priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
