Global Franchise Ventures is seeking a resultsâdriven Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of our franchise network across key U.S. markets. You will craft scalable growth strategies, identify highâpotential territories, and guide both prospects and franchisees through a seamless onboarding journey that protects our brand integrity.
Ideal candidates combine strategic vision with handsâon execution, a proven track record in franchise sales or development, and a customerâcentric approach that accelerates revenue while maintaining rigorous operational standards.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a dataâdriven franchise development strategy to expand the network in target regions.
- Identify, outreach to, and qualify prospective franchisee candidates; conduct discovery calls and presentations.
- Lead endâtoâend negotiations and support the drafting of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Partner with Marketing to create leadâgenerating campaigns and coâbranding materials for franchise recruitment.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for new franchisees, ensuring operational readiness and brand compliance.
- Monitor performance metrics, territory economics, and ROI to optimize growth plans.
- Maintain robust pipeline management using CRM, with weekly reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Franchising Disclosure Documents (FDD) requirements and regulatory standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years in franchise development, franchise sales, or multiâunit expansion, preferably in consumer services or B2C brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven negotiation, closing, and relationshipâbuilding skills with highânetâworth and strategic partners.
- Strong analytical abilities; proficiency with market sizing, unit economics, and financial modeling.
- Experience with CRM platforms, franchise management systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable delivering executiveâlevel pitches.
- Willingness to travel 25â40% to meet prospects and support franchisees.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and FDD processes.
