Responsibility

  • Identify, source, and recruit qualified franchise candidates in the Austin metro and key surrounding markets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve multi-unit growth targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead the franchise sales process from initial inquiry to executed franchise agreements, including financial and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and lead generation programs for potential franchisees.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure deals that balance franchisor value and franchisee success.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing support to new franchisees to ensure rapid ramp-up and brand consistency.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and economic indicators to adjust strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare robust pipelines, and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.

Qualification
