Responsibility
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchise candidates for multiple brands.
- Manage leads through the entire sales pipeline, from outreach to contract signing.
- Conduct due diligence, background checks, and financial assessments of prospects.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to potential franchisees and partners.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and marketing teams to facilitate new launches.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline performance.
- Represent the company at franchise expos, trade shows, and industry events.
- Support franchisees throughout the onboarding and initial operations process.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of franchise sales or development experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess investment suitability.
- Experience with CRM tools and franchise sales technology.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 25% of the time.
