We are seeking a Franchise Development Manager in Los Angeles, CA to lead growth strategy, recruit new franchisees, and support our partners across the lifecycle of their journeys.

As a core member of our Growth team, you will own the end-to-end franchise development process, from initial inquiry through onboarding and ongoing support, while collaborating with marketing, legal, and operations to ensure program excellence.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end franchise development from initial inquiry to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and franchisee experience.
  • Develop territory plans and target market analyses to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Drive franchise sales and conversions; craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Build and manage a robust recruitment pipeline using CRM, tracking KPIs and forecasting revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns and coordinate Discovery Days.
  • Partner with Training and Operations to support launches and ongoing franchisee performance.
  • Analyze performance data, provide strategic recommendations, and help refine franchising strategy and KPIs.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, or multi-unit operations.
  • Proven track record closing franchise deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); strong data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for discovery days, trainings, and events.
  • Solid understanding of franchise law, FDD requirements, and brand standards (preferred).
