Join NovaPeak Franchise Group as a Franchise Development Manager and help us expand our footprint across the Austin market. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and closing franchise opportunities with high-potential candidates and strategic partners.
As a key member of our Growth team, you will own the end-to-end franchise sales process, build robust pipelines, and collaborate with marketing, operations, legal, and training to ensure successful franchise launches.
Responsibility
- Identify and qualify prospective franchise opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Lead the end-to-end franchise sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closing.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans and annual pipeline targets.
- Build relationships with prospects, brokers, and internal stakeholders to accelerate conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and optimize messaging for the franchise audience.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new franchisees and ensure first-year success.
Qualification
- 5+ years in franchise development, franchise sales, or multi-unit retail expansion.
- Proven track record of closing franchise deals and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time (post-pandemic norms).
- Familiarity with franchise disclosure documents (FDD) and franchise operations.
- Strong analytical, project management, and CRM capabilities.
