Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end franchise development lifecycle from initial market assessment to onboarding and launch
  • Lead market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to evaluate territories
  • Manage outreach and nurture relationships with potential franchisees, brokers, and partners
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize franchise disclosure documents, agreements, and addenda
  • Collaborate with marketing, ops, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance
  • Develop and monitor KPI dashboards to drive recruitment, unit economics, and performance
  • Travel as needed to support discovery days, training sessions, and launch events

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of franchise development, sales, or business development experience
