Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end franchise development lifecycle from initial market assessment to onboarding and launch
- Lead market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to evaluate territories
- Manage outreach and nurture relationships with potential franchisees, brokers, and partners
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize franchise disclosure documents, agreements, and addenda
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance
- Develop and monitor KPI dashboards to drive recruitment, unit economics, and performance
- Travel as needed to support discovery days, training sessions, and launch events
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of franchise development, sales, or business development experience
- Proven ability to close franchise agreements and manage multi-unit expansion
- Strong financial acumen, including ROI analysis and P&L understanding
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and deal-flow management (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
